Ivet Axamitova´s world of angels or freedom of wings

I have known Ivett Axamitová, an art ceramist, as a personality with music perception, clerical reverberance and a friendly attitude to people. We used to experience the beauty of the moments when our souls revealed the secret hidden under the surface and symbolised by the glaze of a picture. That secret comes as a gleam of light from the depths of our knowledge. Thus we discover ourselves bit by bit, thus we try to find and harmonize those connections into our art forms, relationship and understanding.

That secret comes as a gleam of light from the depths of our knowledge. The works of Ivett have gained the deeper meaning of a clerical basis through the years. She can feel undiscovered places and she touches them with humbleness expressed through parables e.g. angels or angels´ wings which symbolize the freedom of spirit, desire to touch the depths and heights, vertical and horizontal, which are crossed in the middle by the light of catharsis. That is the reason why Ivett has experienced and created so many crosses - she has done it subconsciously searching for the light of awakening, knowledge and opening of new spaces.

The space of the universe is infinite. Its sound is the most beautiful music resonating with the silence of the depths in which one can discover memories but which can only be heard by a calm person. Through them she gets into a reality that sometimes overwhelms and does not let breathe out.

Ivett Axamitová is a woman of a great inner strength. Her delicacy reveals a strength that cannot be found in human dimensions. To touch her nerve means ´to move life in the depth´ an expression by the poet Milan Rúfus. Ivett can touch those depths. She explores Life. She can brighten her own ideas through mixing with clay, which symbolizes solidity stabilizing the Spirit in reality.

If it sometimes seems that her symbols are unique, not easily understandable, we should look for the connection in the cognition of the universe but mainly ourselves.

I can feel Ivett and her works through my heart.
